Delivery is free for orders of $95 or more including GST (excluding big and bulky items) .Orders must be placed at same time.
You will be charged a small delivery fee of $6.95 for orders under $95
All items are shipped via couriers. All ordered items are fulfilled by our suppliers across Australia once a customer order is accepted.
If an item is in stock at the time of ordering, we will aim to have your item processed and ready to ship the same day. If an item is not in stock, we will give you an estimated date as we will need 2-3 business days to transfer one in.
As a general guide, once your item has shipped, you should allow 1-2 days for delivery to major cities whilst it could take up to 5 days to remote areasThe packages require a signature, so unfortunately, they cannot be sent to a PO Box, but can be sent anywhere else where someone is available to sign. - Privacy & Security

However, we do use your information to process your order and to provide you with a more personalised service. We may send out special offers to you from time to time, if you do not wish to receive these just let us know by sending an email to info@greenfroginks.com.au
- Returns & Replacements

If you have ordered the incorrect product by mistake or a faulty product, please contact us within 3 working days to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Returned goods cannot be accepted without a Green Frog Ink RA number. RA numbers are only valid for 5 working days.
You must take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us. In particular this means that you will:
Not open shrink-wrapped or blister pack products or break any manufacturer's seals.
return in original unopened packaging in a resalable condition. We are unable to credit any returns without the original undamaged product box.
No credits or returns will be accepted if the goods in question are over 7 days old from the invoice date.
Incorrectly ordered goods returned to greenfrogink.com.au will incur a 20% restocking fee
may be charged and other non-refundable costs incurred by us (i.e. Credit Card Handling Fee and Freight Costs) will be passed on.
If the product has been refilled or tampered with in any way, the credit will be rejected.
If the item ordered is faulty, it needs to be returned with a sample print, without a sample print the return will be rejected.
Our Service Centres test for declared faults thoroughly, however, if they find the item to have no faults or intentional damage to the item, a $45 service fee may be charged and the non-faulty item will be shipped back to you at your expense
A refund for the amount paid for the item or a replacement item will be provided at our discretion. A refund or replacement item will only be issued once the faulty item has been received and tested for the specific fault / problem specified in the Return / Warranty Claim.
Please note that the cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer and a resending fee to post the correct cartridge applies. We advise that you check your printer's manual before placing an order, if you are unsure which cartridges are compatible with your printer contact us and we will be glad to help you out
The buyer accepts all responsibility to ensure they are buying the correct item for their needs.
